Membership in the Q Group is open to organizations whose business includes the development, analysis or utilization of quantitative research in financial services. The Q Group members reflect the full diversity of the industry and includes commercial and investment banks, investment advisors, insurance companies, brokerage firms, mutual fund companies, alternative investment organizations, consulting firms, endowments, foundations and public and private pension funds. Any organization that adheres to a philosophy grounded in the use of innovative applications in the investment decision process would find great benefits from membership in the Q Group.

To apply for membership, fill out the online form for the Membership Committee’s consideration. Those organizations that meet the criteria for membership will be invited to attend an upcoming Q Group seminar as non-members. Non-members each receive one (1) complimentary seat and are responsible only for their representatives’ transportation and accommodation. Subsequent to attending a seminar for their first time, an invitation will be extended to attend the succeeding seminar, at a cost of $4,000. At this second seminar, your organization will be a Candidate, eligible to be elected as a member of The Q Group.

The annual membership fee for The Q Group is:

• One seat $5,500
• Two seat $9,500
• Three seat $13,500
• Four Seat $17,500
• Members may purchase an additional seminar seat for $4,000.
